Registration

Registration is required for all participants of SiPS 2017.

At least one author must be registered for the conference at the full (non-student) rate by 23:59 August 17, 2017 (Paris Time, CEST, UTC+2). Failure to do so will result in the removal of the paper from the Technical Program and the Proceedings. Each full registration covers up to three papers. A fourth paper can be covered with the purchase of an additional early full registration fee.

The paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors, otherwise the paper will be removed from the Technical Program and will not appear in IEEE Xplore.

Registering to the conference includes:

• the tutorials on Monday
• the demo night
• the three days of conference
• the cruise and banquet on Wednesday

It is possible to register to the demo night only at a reduced participation fees of 60 euros.

An extra half-day trip will be organized on Thursday afternoon, depending on the number of participant.
A survey will be send to all registered attendees to know who have the intention to visit and fully enjoy our land.
This is not included in the conference registration fee. Another payment process will then be put in place during September.
